Our policy on returns and exchanges for products purchased from our store.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

This return policy applies to all products purchased from Thiphroxsqueblen, whether purchased in-store or through other means. The 14-day return period begins from the date of purchase, as indicated on your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please bring the item(s) to our store along with your proof of purchase. If you are unable to visit our store in person, please contact us first to arrange an alternative return method.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or that appear to be fraudulent or abusive of our return policy.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Include original packaging if applicable
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that have been cut or altered
  • Items without proof of purchase

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item, please bring it to our store along with proof of purchase. We will be happy to help you find a suitable replacement, subject to availability.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. If you paid by cash, you will receive a cash refund. If you paid by card, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the original purchase.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive and inspect the returned item. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired card), we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. In such cases, additional verification may be required.

Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item(s) only. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error in the order.

You will receive confirmation when your return has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping

If you need to return an item by mail, please contact us first to arrange the return and obtain a return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon receipt
  • We made an error in your order (wrong item, incorrect quantity, etc.)
  • The item was not as described on our website or in-store

In cases where we are responsible for return shipping, we will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend insuring valuable items and using appropriate packaging to protect items during transit.

Please include your proof of purchase and a brief note explaining the reason for return when shipping items back to us.
